Delivery is quoted to you by email before you approve an order, so the figures below are what you should expect rather than what you discover at the end.

Standard	Free over $75, otherwise $6 — arrives in 3 to 6 business days
Express	$14 — arrives in 1 to 2 business days
Oversized (rain boots)	Free over $75, otherwise $9
International	Quoted per destination in our reply, with any duties stated up front

Orders confirmed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the next business day. Every shipment is fully tracked and carbon-offset, and most items travel in a single recyclable kraft bag rather than a box full of tissue.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition for a full refund. Return postage is on us.

1. Email admin@solenunity.com with your order reference and what you are sending back.
2. Print the prepaid label we send you, usually the same business day.
3. Drop the parcel at any carrier point. That is the whole process.

We confirm the refund within 5 to 10 business days of the return reaching us, and issue it by the same route the original payment was arranged. Exchanges for a different size are usually sent out before your return arrives.

Tracking your parcel

We email a tracking link from the carrier as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so there is no separate account or order-lookup page to sign into here. If you cannot find that email, write to us with your order reference and we will resend it.
