By email. Every product page has an Order by email button that opens a message already filled in with the piece, colour and size you selected. We reply within one business day with stock, the total including delivery, and the delivery estimate. There is no checkout on this website and no card form, so no card details ever pass through the site.
Because we are a six-product operation, not a warehouse. Handling orders by email means a person checks stock and sizing before anything is confirmed, and it means this website never has to collect or store payment details. Payment is arranged with you directly once you have approved the total.
Standard delivery takes 3 to 6 business days and is free on orders over $75. Express takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders confirmed before 2pm on a weekday are dispatched the next business day, and we email the tracking link the moment the parcel leaves. Full details are on our Shipping and Returns page.
Our jackets run true to size with a relaxed everyday fit, and our rain boots are sized in EU and also run true. If you are between sizes we suggest sizing down for boots and up for a jacket you want to layer under. Still unsure? Email us your measurements and we will tell you which size we would send.
Water-resistant shrugs off light drizzle. Waterproof, which is what we make, keeps heavy sustained rain out. Our jackets are rated to 30,000 mm hydrostatic head with tape-sealed seams and waterproof zips. If yours ever lets water in, it is covered by the five-year guarantee.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item in its original condition, and return postage is on us. Exchanges for a different size usually ship before your return arrives. Email us and we will send the prepaid label the same business day.
Every Solen Unity product is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for five years, except the Nimbus Compact Umbrella frame, which carries two years. If it leaks, a seam fails, a zip breaks or a boot splits, we repair, replace or refund it. It does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage. Full details are on the Warranty and Care page.
Machine wash jackets warm on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low, and re-proof every four to six washes so water keeps beading off. Rain boots wipe clean with mild soap and cool water. Our Journal has a full step-by-step re-proofing guide.
We ship internationally. Because we confirm each order by email, we quote you the exact delivery cost and estimate for your destination, along with any import duties that may apply, before you agree to anything. Nothing is charged as a surprise at the end.
